Diversity and Transformation- anyone?
Diversity and Inclusion is all the rage now a days. LinkedIn and corporate pages are full of organizations declaring their total commitment to it. May be what we need is not inclusion but transformation?
Is fixation for efficiency and allocation of every dollar of capital to maximize short term return killing innovation at leading organizations? Why is it so hard for incumbents in financial services and healthcare to innovate?
What if we could design an organization based on the principles of transparency, distributed authority, roles and group structure that evolve with each project?
